CANCELLATION:
Ship Shape requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Less that 24 hours may result in being charged 100% of the cost of the appointment booked.
ANY ACCRUED FEES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE WITHOUT NOTICE.
N0-SHOWING APPOINTMENTS:
If a client fails to cancel and no shows their appointment, the card of file will be charged 100% of the cost of the booked appointment. In the event that cancellation/no-show fee is processed and the card is declined or there isn’t a card on file you will be blocked from booking until the fees are paid in full.

LATE ARRIVALS:
We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours. If a guest if more that 15 minutes late to their appointment they may be required to reschedule, and may be subject to cancellation fees.
We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way and stuff happens, however the decision of whether or not the cancellation fees are enforced is between you and your stylist as they are all independent contractors.
